services. All orders are generally delivered within 6 to 15 days. After your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification with order confirmation and a tracking number, so you can easily monitor the status of your shipment.
While we make every effort to adhere to the indicated delivery times, please note that in some rare cases, shipping may take longer than the standard times due to various factors beyond our control. These may include:
 Rural Addresses: If your delivery address is located in a more remote or rural area, shipping may take longer.
 Weather Conditions: Adverse or unexpected weather conditions (e.g., storms,
floods) may affect the timeliness of your delivery.
 Customs Processes: International shipments may be delayed due to customs
processing, which can sometimes take longer than expected.
 High Workload: During peak seasons or special events (e.g., holidays), courier and postal service providers may experience a heavier than usual workload, which can cause delays.

To ensure fast processing and shipping times, please note that any changes or cancellations to your order should be made within 30 minutes of placing it. After this time, all sales are subject to our 100% 'Does What it Says' Guarantee.
Amending Delivery Information
We understand that sometimes mistakes can happen or details might need to be updated. If you need to amend the delivery information (e.g., change the address or update contact details), we allow such changes only within 30 minutes of placing your order. After this time period, the order processing is typically completed, and any delivery changes may not be possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed and dispatched.
Refund Policy & Guarantee
Currently Rumi Cosmetiques does not process returns for technical reasons. However, if you are not satisfied with the product or have changed your mind, we offer a full refund for the product purchased, under our 100% Money-Back Guarantee. This policy applies to all customers with a precondition that the claim is brought to us within 30 days after you have received your order.
Please note that shipping costs incurred are non-refundable. Additionally, a refund processing fee of $5 USD/AUD/CAD/EUR will be charged for each refund.
Gift Cards
