I absolutely love the mascara. Best I have ever used. No clumping and I did not look like a raccoon at the end of the day. The eyeliner goes on smoothly without tugging on my lids.

I've been using the Mascara and it has been flaking off after a few hours use. The color and thickness is great. Being in homecare, after a few hours I notice the mascara flaking off. By the end of the day, my bottom lashes are completely gone, flakes are all under my eyes and on my cheeks.

Having bought the mascara first and being so impressed I bought two more for my sisters who both love it too I went on to buy the eyeliner and the make up remover. They have clearly done their homework because these are great too, particularly the make up remover which feels so gentle yet very effective. Amazing!

I love this product as I have very sensitive eyes and I can use these with no irritation issues and have comfortable eyes all day long.

From the day I placed my order to today, I have received no response to my request to correct the order. The wrong products were shipped to me and after my frustration in trying to receive a response, I have no choice but to return everything. It is a shame there is no one to respond to any inquiries. I believe you have a great product but no response is no way to run a business. Please advise as to how I can return my order, short of simply putting it in the mail and notifying my credit card company to reverse the charges.

Great product, applies easily and lasts

This is a great set, the best mascara waterproof and smudge proof makes your lashes look longer without clumping.
Eyeliner is also great and easy to use.
Both come off with the makeup remover I get from here.

Was excited to read about this product but after ordering I never received the product, initial emails form the courier but then nothing , customer service said it was on its way and then still nothing eventually contacted customer service for a 3rd time and got a refund but i was hard work i was told 2 parcels had been sent, neither ever arrived, please sort out your logistics

Previously I’ve only worn mascara on nights out, but this mascara is great to wear every day because it’s light and not at all clumpy. I haven’t used it for long enough yet to know if it will boost the natural growth of my eyelashes but I’m very happy with it already
