I absolutely love the mascara. Best I have ever used. No clumping and I did not look like a raccoon at the end of the day. The eyeliner goes on smoothly without tugging on my lids.

Having bought the mascara first and being so impressed I bought two more for my sisters who both love it too I went on to buy the eyeliner and the make up remover. They have clearly done their homework because these are great too, particularly the make up remover which feels so gentle yet very effective. Amazing!

I love this product as I have very sensitive eyes and I can use these with no irritation issues and have comfortable eyes all day long.

This is a great set, the best mascara waterproof and smudge proof makes your lashes look longer without clumping.
Eyeliner is also great and easy to use.
Both come off with the makeup remover I get from here.

Was excited to read about this product but after ordering I never received the product, initial emails form the courier but then nothing , customer service said it was on its way and then still nothing eventually contacted customer service for a 3rd time and got a refund but i was hard work i was told 2 parcels had been sent, neither ever arrived, please sort out your logistics

Previously I’ve only worn mascara on nights out, but this mascara is great to wear every day because it’s light and not at all clumpy. I haven’t used it for long enough yet to know if it will boost the natural growth of my eyelashes but I’m very happy with it already

Eye pencil is great - perfect smoky grey shade, blendable and easy to apply. Not so keen on the mascara (clumpy and doesn’t hold a curl) but customer support was very helpful and suggested putting tube in hot water for 3 minutes. This has helped a bit, but not my favourite mascara.

I had long since given up on trying to wear mascara and eye liner because as a Sjogrens sufferer, my eyes were too sore and sensitive. My lashes were virtually non existent and everything flaked or smudged. But no eye make looked very ageing!!! Then I found Rumi. Admittedly, the price is steep for me, but my lashes look dramatically improved and I'm sure they are growing now too. I feel like its given me a youth boost!
